Mission Style Sofa Plans

Wondering if you can help, I’m looking for woodworking plans to build a Mission/Prairie style sofa. All the plans I see have straight up and down backs. Is there a plan out there that has a slightly reclined or curved back? If so I sure would like to find it.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Take a look through the SketchUp Warehouse. Otherwise try some shaker style designs They might have a curved or angled seat back. Thomas Moser has a book of shop drawing that might have something in it.

Traditional Mission/Craftsman settles are very square and linear. You will most likely have to adapt something.

Jim, I made this one based on FWW plans for a bow arm Morris chair. Here are my steps along the way. I will try to answer any additional questions you might have. Good luck with your project.
