Location: Velika Gorica,Croatia,Europe

Age 45. Just average self-taught hobby woodworker some 18 years. Proud father of three children, happy married, born, raised and live in small town Velika Gorica near capital Zagreb, Croatia, Europe. Hi to all Croatian people in USA and Canada.
I'm already addicted to this site. Great people, woodworkers, ideas and advices.
Woodworking in America is something totaly different than in Europe. Here it's a bussines, but you guys have a passion.
You are all so supportive, that's the reason I joined LJ crew.
Here are lot of projects and woodworkers that I can learn from.
I started with limited tools. I had only small home made table saw and other cheap electric powered hand tools.
Now I have new portable tablesaw, band saw, scrollsaw, portable thickneser (33cm wide), table slide/mitter saw, drill press and home made router table with home built mortise and tenon router jig on it.
Home made spindle sander, disc sander and 1'' belt sander are finished too. I added two vacuum cleaners as dust collection system - one on tablesaw and second to other maschines.
There are bunch of clamps, jigs, router bits and other woodworking accessories and handtools.
I upgraded my electric powerd handtools from basic to semiprofesional and profesional (bought them).
Since it's car garage, everything is on wheels, so I can pull it out when I'm working and car is outside.
Mission : woodworking itself as neverending proces

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless

Welcome to LJ. I, too, have only limited tools and no formal wood shop. It looks like you do very well with the tools you have! Keep up the good work.

Hi there,
Welcome to LumberJocks… I joined the site myself a few months ago and will give you fair warning, this site is VERY ADDICTIVE, VERY EDUCATIONAL, and VERY FUN…. so sit back, enjoy the ride and learn from the other LJ’s as they are a group of extremely talented people that are also very friendly…

Enjoy your time here on LJ and pass the word to any of your woodworking buddies about us…
