Maple Burl coffee table with stone inlay.
Massive burl cap! I picked this up a few years back and had it in dry storage till I felt it was dry enough to work with…worth the wait, the burl is amazing! I inlaid stone into the natural voids. Worked on this one for about a year and a half…
This has a finished size of 7’ 8” x 7’ 8”...a huge piece but I just couldn’t bear the thought of cutting it into smaller pieces.

your instincts were right cutting this would be like cutting yourself,never.this piece is over the top spectacular.now what to do with it?.a nice problem tp have.ley us know the final story.
