Cherry and walnut trapezoid picture frame

I found this idea on the internet and had some scrap cherry and walnut offcuts that lent themselves well to this frame. My daughter took a photo of the underside of a North Carolina pier jutting into the Atlantic that I will use this frame for. Will update with photo.

Nice, Does it stand up or hang on the wall, ??
It would be nice to see the pick of North Carolina Pier.

Anth and Woodbutcher, I’ve added pictures of the photo in the frame and the backside showing how it stands up – just a simple shop made dowel does the trick. Thanks for your comments – I’m pretty new to this and the positive feedback is appreciated!

That is a real nice looking frame!
I have seen trapezoidal frames before but this one looks better than most!
